China launches mandatory national standard compilation for "Safety Requirements for Laboratory Glass Instruments and Glass Burners" (May Industry Policy)

The domestic glassware industry has welcomed the mandatory national standard revision project, and the "Safety Requirements for Laboratory Glassware Glass Burners" (Plan No.: 20262527-Q-339) has been officially issued with the task of formulating hard safety indicators for temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and thermal shock resistance of heating glassware such as beakers, flasks, and evaporating dishes. The new standard will standardize raw materials, factory inspection, and labeling standards, eliminate inferior thin-walled sodium calcium glass burners, and enforce the new standard for pharmaceutical companies and university laboratory procurement. At present, the association is soliciting participating units from top glass instrument enterprises such as Tianbo, Huaou, and Shuniu.
